Early years, adolescence

Lyudmila Petrovna was born on December 13, 1950. The family lived in the village of Kudryavtsy (Ukraine). Her father was a cultural worker, later he was appointed director of the house of culture. Mother worked as a teacher. Thanks to her father, Luda began to take part in performances and ceremonial events. The girl began to dream of a career as a singer.

Later, the family began to live in Krivoy Rog, the girl attended a singing circle, studied music. After school Senchina entered the music school of Leningrad. It was difficult for her to study, but thanks to perseverance, Lyudmila completed her education.

Creative career

In 1970, Senchina was taken to the Musical Comedy Theater (Leningrad). The song "Cinderella" brought her success, which became the singer's hallmark.

Lyudmila began to offer the roles of the main characters in films ("Shelmenko the Batman", "The Magic Power of Art"). In 1977, the movie "Armed and Very Dangerous" was released, which became the leader of the rental. Lyudmila appeared in the frame with a bare chest, which caused considerable indignation.

Later, Senchina quit the theater, she did not have a relationship with the new director. Lyudmila became a pop singer. She performed songs by famous composers that were not included in the repertoire of famous singers. In the 70s she was the host of the music TV show "Artloto".

In 1975, Lyudmila was awarded the Grand Prix in Sopot, at the same time she received the title of laureate of Song of the Year. A few years later, Senchina became an Honored Artist.

The singer was very popular in the 80-90s, concerts gathered full houses. Her songs were often broadcast on the radio.

Senchina managed to sing a duet with Michel Legrand, a joint disc with songs from the "Umbrellas of Cherbourg" was released. In 2002, Senchina was awarded the title of People's Artist.

In recent years, Lyudmila Petrovna has been a guest of several entertainment programs, where she talked about her life. She passed away on March 25, 2018 from a prolonged illness.

Personal life

The first husband of Lyudmila Petrovna was Timoshin Vyacheslav, an operetta artist. The marriage was considered ideal, but after 10 years the couple separated, despite the birth of their son Vyacheslav. Lyudmila did not have any other children. Vyacheslav lives in the USA, is engaged in insurance.

Senchina later married Namin Stas, the leader of the Flowers group. But the spouses often quarreled. Stas was jealous of his wife, forbade her to go on tour.

For a long time, Senchina did not have relationships with men, but 6 years after the divorce, Lyudmila Petrovna began to meet with Andreev Vladimir, a producer. They were soon married.

The singer maintained friendly relations with Talkov Igor, but they had no romance.
