Early years, adolescence
Inga Petrovna was born in the city of Kyshtym on December 23, 1968. Her father held a position in the city executive committee, her mother was the deputy director of the technical school, and her aunt was in charge of the cinema. Inga has a younger sister.
As a schoolgirl, the girl was engaged in choreography, vocals, wanted to be an actress. Holidays in the family were held with fiction, scripts were written for each, scenes were prepared.
Once at the cinema, which was directed by her aunt, Inga met Vladimir Khotinenko, an aspiring director. He recommended the girl to become an actress, and gave other advice.
After school, Oboldina began to study at the Institute of Culture of Chelyabinsk (directing department), where Del Victor, a student of Georgy Tovstonogov, taught. Upon graduation, she entered the Moscow Art Theater, and then transferred to GITIS and studied with Peter Fomenko.
Creative biography
After her studies, Oboldina worked in Fomenko's workshop, and then her husband, Strelkov Harold, organized the StrelkoV Theater. The first performance with her participation was "Sakhalin's wife", on the stage it could be seen in 1996.

After 15 years, the marriage broke up, they parted without scandals, they did not comment on the breakdown. For Inga, Harold remained the best director.
In 2012, Oboldina gave birth to a daughter, Clara, Vitaly Saltykov, an actor, became the father. She first saw him in the play "Pro Turandot".
