Not so long ago, a democratic regime was established in our country. Now the heads of state, republics, cities and regions are appointed through elections. You can elect both the head of the class at school and the head of the union at work.

Step 1
To organize an election, you must first draw up a list of candidates. Enter there all persons who apply for an elective office.
Step 2
For the elections to be held according to the rules, it is necessary to organize the collection of signatures in support of the candidate. To do this, compose questionnaires in which there should be four chapters:
1. surname, name, patronymic;
2.address;
3. date;
4. signature.
Step 3
Each position has its own minimum threshold for the number of signatures in support of a candidate. Check it before organizing the elections or install it yourself if you are a representative of the election committee.
Step 4
The next step is to organize an advertising campaign in support of the candidate. Involve all possible platforms - media, outdoor advertising, direct mailing of leaflets, and so on. The more money is invested in supporting the candidate's candidacy, the higher the likelihood of his victory in the elections.
Step 5
Meetings with voters give excellent results. They need to be conducted in the form of a conversation, and not in the form of a lecture. Have people attending the meeting ask the candidate questions they are interested in. The task of the election organizer is to compile a preliminary list of worthy answers to the most pressing topics and pass it on to the elected one.
Step 6
Any campaigning must be stopped one day before the election procedure. If this rule is violated, the candidate may be removed from the vote.
Step 7
In elections, voters mark the candidate they want to vote for on pre-compiled ballots. Ballot papers are placed in sealed ballot boxes.
Step 8
After the end of the voting procedure, the counting of votes begins. The election results are announced the next day.
Step 9
Any candidate within a month after the elections has the opportunity to appeal if his observers noticed violations during the voting.
