From the biography of Alexander Konstantinovich Fatyushin

The future popular actor was born on March 29, 1951 in Ryazan. Alexander's father was a driver, mother worked in a factory. Fatyushin was the youngest of three children. He grew up as an ordinary boy. He was fond of football.

When Alexander got older, he had another hobby - theater. Following his brother, he enrolled in a school theater group. His brother soon lost interest in art, but Alexander realized that being an actor was his vocation.

After graduating from school, Alexander decided to apply to a theater university. However, the parents accepted this decision without enthusiasm. The sister generally told Alexander that Alexander had no chance of becoming an actor with such a surname. However, the brother was persistent. And after a while their name was recognized by the whole country.

Creative career of Alexander Fatyushin

In 1976, Fatyushin had already won the award for the best male role in the film "Spring Call". However, the actor's path to fame was not easy. He entered GITIS only on the second attempt. As a result, the legendary Andrei Goncharov turned out to be his mentor. Alexander Soloviev and Igor Kostolevsky studied on the same course with Fatyushin.

Immediately after graduation, Fatyushin made his debut in the film Three Days in Moscow. The second successful project, where the actor starred, was the picture "Autumn" (it was shot by Andrey Smirnov). And after the "Spring Call" Fatyushin began to be invited for filming in many films.

However, all-Union fame came to Fatyushin after his participation in the legendary film "Moscow Does Not Believe in Tears." Here he played the role of a rustic athlete who could not resist the temptations of life.

But Fatyushin could have become famous two years earlier. Eldar Ryazanov prepared especially for Alexander a big role in the film "Office Romance". The actor was to play the role of the husband of the secretary Vera, who was brilliantly played by Liya Akhedzhakova. However, the director had to change the plans and script: after a serious injury, Fatyushin could not act in film. He appeared only in one of the episodes of this cult film.

In the 80s, Fatyushin continues to participate in cinematic projects. Sometimes he got supporting roles, but even in these works, Alexander showed great skill. The most successful critics considered the films "Young Russia" and "Solo Voyage", where Fatyushin managed to create memorable characters.

Fatyushin appeared on the theater stage more than once. He took part in the deliveries of the performances "Running", "The Life of Klim Samgin", "Energetic People".

In the difficult 90s for Russian cinema, Fatyushin continued to act in films. The audience remembered him for his roles in the crime dramas Charged by Death and Blood for Blood.

For many years Fatyushin was a bachelor. But in 1986 he nevertheless got married. The actress Elena Molchenko became his wife. For colleagues, this came as a surprise: the star couple had not seen any whirlwind romances before. The couple lived together for 17 happy years.
