China Ann McClain is an American actress, producer, musician and singer. Together with her older sisters Sierra and Lorin, she performs in the McClain Sisters. She began her film career in 2005, playing a role in the film "The Gospel".

The girl was born in the summer of 1998 in the USA into a creative family. Her father is a singer, music producer, writer and sound engineer. Mom is a singer and songwriter. Chyna Ann has two older sisters: Sierra and Lorin, as well as a younger brother, Gabriel. The family has their own production company, GabesWorld Music, named after their youngest son, Gabriel.
From an early age, all children were constantly in a creative atmosphere, learning music and vocals. In the early 2000s, the sisters decided to create their own musical group and start a serious career, of course, not without the help of their parents.
The group was named McClain Sisters, produced by the girls' father, and the first songs were written for them by their mother. Later, the younger brother joined the musical group. Although he is still quite small, he is already learning to perform on stage, sings and dances beautifully.
One day, family friend Ian Burke, who was present at the McClane family dinner, overheard China Ann singing one of her favorite songs. He really liked her voice, and then Ian called director Rob Hardley, who was just at that time looking for a young actress who can sing and play for a role in the new musical film "The Gospel".

A few days later, Chyna Ann came to audition for Hardley, and a month later she was approved for the role of Alexis. Her two sisters also took part in several episodes of the film, performing songs with the children's choir.
Already on the set of the first film, China Ann was seen by another director - Tyler Perry. And he invited the girl to a new television project "Tyler Perry's House of Payne". For her role in the series, McClain won her first NAMIC Vision Awards.
