Biography
Angelina Mikhailovna Vovk was born in 1942 in the small town of Tulun, Irkutsk region. His father served as a fighter pilot and was killed in a plane crash in 1944. After the death of her husband, Angelina's mother moved with her family to Moscow and got a job at the Vnukovo airport. Since childhood, the future television star dreamed of the sky, wanted to connect her life with airplanes and work as a flight attendant, but her mother, remembering the tragic death of her father, was categorically against it. Then the girl decided to become an artist and entered the acting department of GITIS. Smiling beauty Angelina at that time worked as a fashion model in a model house on Kuznetsky Most.
Angelina Mikhailovna Vovk's acting career did not work out (she starred in only two films after graduation), but Soviet television acquired a charming presenter. In 1968, the All-Union State Institute for Advanced Training of Television and Radio Workers under the State Television and Radio of the USSR was opened in the capital, where Angelina entered the directing course, but a year later she realized that this was not her profession and switched to the courses of announcers, after which she was accepted to work in the voiceover department.
At the beginning of her career, Angelina Mikhailovna was instructed to conduct news programs, but, as the presenter recalls, she could not read from a piece of paper and could not keep a serious face for a long time. Now Angelina Mikhailovna is actively involved in social activities, she is the president of the Russian Foundation for Culture and Art, Support of Children's Creativity. Personal life
Angelina Mikhailovna Vovk was married twice. Her first husband was an actor and television announcer Gennady Chertov. The couple lived together for a long time, their marriage lasted 16 years, but due to misunderstanding they had to divorce.
The second spouse was the artist and architect Jindrich Gets, a Czech by nationality. It was a long distance marriage, since they lived in different states and met only a few times a year. This marriage was long enough and lasted thirteen years, but the couple could not stand the test of distance and broke up. Angelina Mikhailovna has no children of her own.
