Childhood and family
Manu was born in 1974 in the city of Nantes. Father, as well as grandfather and even great-grandfather Manu were chefs in restaurants. If we talk about the mother, then all her life she was a housewife.
Since childhood, Manu was inquisitive and active, so his favorite sports were running, swimming and football. At the age of 13, Manu became a student of the circus amateur school, where he was praised for his artistry and flexibility. However, two years later, the guy realized that it would take a long time to get to the career of a professional clown, so he chose a different type of activity.
Career
Manu went to his father's restaurant to become an assistant chef there. Already at the age of 15, the teenager literally grasped information on the fly, and at the age of 16 he went to a more expensive restaurant. There he completed his studies. Then the guy went to London, where he worked in various establishments, building a career from a waiter to a chef.
In 1999 he went to Australia where he helped local restaurateurs run and improve their business. Every day Manu cooked over 3 dozen dishes, improving and perfecting his own professional skills.
The first restaurant appeared 10 years later, in 2009, and it appeared in Paddington, Sydney. The restaurant serves modern French bistro dishes. The investment paid off very quickly.
Two years later, another Manu restaurant appeared - an institution called Aperiti. The co-owner of this restaurant is Miguel Maeste, famous for the movie "The Bachelor Party".
Personal life and biography
Many women saw in Manu the ideal of a real man. Great looks, education and a talent for cooking various delicious dishes - these are far from all the qualities of Manu. However, Manu by the time of his first fame was married to Ronnie, and later became Jonty's father. Manu tried to spend as much time as possible with his wife and son, but his work constantly put a spoke in his wheels. In 2009, they separated.
In 2014, Manu married a girl named Clarissa, and the wedding took place in Malaysia, where they were painted specially for this by a hired employee. The next year, the young couple had a child, whom they named Charlie-Aria - it was the will of Manu. All his life he strove to live in a cozy house with his loving and beloved family, and now Manu has everything he needs.
In the future, Manu and Clarissa are planning to have another child, and they want a boy, an heir and successor of the family, to be born.
At the moment, Manu is happily married and is engaged in the restaurant business, becoming a more successful husband and an excellent businessman for his wife and children.
