Emily Osment is an American actress and singer, born in the spring of 1992, one of the brightest young stars in the film industry. Emily is familiar to the domestic audience from the role of Lily Truscott in the TV series and the film "Hannah Montana".
Biography
Emily was born in Los Angeles, the son of a rather famous film actor Michael Eugene Osment, who took part in the creation of wonderful films, the fiction "Minority Report", the poignant drama "Pay Another" and so on. The actress has an older brother, the star of the film with Bruce Willis "The Sixth Sense" Haley Joel.
The children were brought up in strict Catholic traditions. At school, she gave preference to the humanities and even then she began to perform at all kinds of singing competitions and try herself on stage in amateur productions.
The talented little girl began her creative career, like her brother, at an early age, starring in several commercials with Dick Van Dyke, and then getting the role of Miranda in Sloan's comedy "The Secret of Girls' Lives."
Career in film and music
Since 1999, Emily Osment has appeared annually in new projects on television and in films. At first, these were children's films and roles, including several years devoted to the musical project "Hannah Montana", but since 2012 the actress has been engaged in "adult" films. Her most recent work was a cameo appearance on the Netflix comedy series The Kominsky Method, for which she was nominated for a prestigious Academy Award.
And yet the star of "Hannah Montana" devotes more and more time to her favorite music and is considered one of the best contemporary pop singers. The girl released her first mini-compilation All the Right Wrongs in 2009, and Fight or Flight, her debut album, was released in 2011. In the same year, after returning from the tour, Emily entered Los Angeles College to complete her education.
The girl works with the Californian band Eve 6, which plays alternative rock, collaborates with the Disney Channel, recording songs for the channel's feature films, and takes part in advertising campaigns of large companies for the release of collectible clothing.

There is no information about the girl's personal life yet, but she herself claims that a serious relationship should not be started earlier than thirty years old. She has wonderful parents, a successful career and beloved friends with whom she spends all her free time.

The Kominsky Method has been renewed for a second season, and Emily will return as Teresa, one of Sandy Kominsky's acting students.
