There is no specific emigration program in the Czech Republic. However, the legislation of this country provides for the free residence of foreign citizens who have a business there. Therefore, the way out for people wishing to move to the Czech Republic is to register their own company in this country. Although this does not imply immediate citizenship, it does allow you to open a long-term visa. In a year, the founders of the company can get the opportunity to freely move around the countries of the Schengen zone. A few years later, a residence permit appears.
Step 2
To register your own business in the Czech Republic, you need to request a police clearance certificate from there. The same certificate must be obtained in the country of which you are a citizen.
Step 3
Find an office in the Czech Republic, or arrange for a legal address. This can be done using sites that offer the purchase or rental of office space. Next, you need to register in the unified register of Czech organizations and achieve the assignment of a cadastral number for your company. If you purchase real estate in the Czech Republic, then the registration address may well become legal. After completing these procedures, go to the notary and sign the charter of your company, where all the founders and director should be registered. After signing the document, you need to contact the bank, open an account for your organization and deposit the amount of your capital. Now that your company is registered, you need to register with the tax office and wait for a response. The decision is made within 2 weeks. The answer will be sent to your new legal address.

After confirming the registration of your company, contact the embassy for a long-term visa. All founders registered in the charter of the enterprise have the right to it. The minor children of these persons will receive visas automatically. Now you can conduct your business in the Czech Republic and wait for a residence permit.
