If you are the recipient of the parcel, then the postman will first hand you a notice of mailing (form 22). Upon receipt of the notice of departure, it must be completed accordingly. But the flip side of the notification is intended directly for filling out by the recipient. Here you need to indicate the name of the presented document proving your identity. Usually a passport is provided for these purposes. Further, in the appropriate columns, indicate its series, number, the institution that issued the document, and the date of issue. In case of receipt of postal items and money orders, additional fields of the notification form are filled in - registration, address or post office box. Do not forget to indicate the date of receipt of correspondence or parcels and your data: last name, first name, patronymic. Complete the form with your own signature.

If a letter or a parcel post is accompanied by a notice of delivery, then in addition to the notice, you will have to fill out another form. It is needed when the sender wants to be sure that his package has reached the addressee. In the notification, the recipient (the addressee in person or his legal representative) must indicate to whom the shipment was delivered. If it is received by power of attorney, then in a special field, enter the surname, name, patronymic of the representative for whom the power of attorney was issued, and present an identity document. Then indicate the date and sign the receipt.

If you are the sender, then on the front side of the notification indicate the category and type of mailing by placing a sign in the appropriate box. Next, give your details: last name, first name, patronymic, indicate the address and category of the notification: "Simple", "Custom". On the reverse side, you need to fill in the columns where the type and category of the sent mail should be determined; personal data of the recipient and his address.
