If you want to be absolutely sure that the addressee of your letter will receive it personally, and at the same time you need to know exactly when this will happen, send a letter with acknowledgment of receipt (Form 119 of the Russian Post). You can send with notification all types of written correspondence - both simple and ordered. For simple letters, you can also draw up an inventory of the attachment or simply declare its value.

Details can be found on the Russian Post website or at the post office.

On the front side of the form, check the boxes of the corresponding subcategories of your postal item (simple, registered, with a declared value). Please note that the notification itself can also be simple or customized.

Write in the "To" and "Address" columns your coordinates in the same sequence as when filling out the addresses on the mail envelope. Don't forget to include your postcode.

Step 6

Fill in all the required fields in the field outlined in bold on the back of the notification: subcategory of the item, the amount of the declared value / cash on delivery, if you declare them (if not, leave these fields blank), data on the recipient - full name, or name, address with an index (see sample).
