If a person, in the event of certain situations, applies with complaints or suggestions to local authorities, and officials do not react to the appeal in any way, the thought arises to turn to higher leaders. However, when composing a letter, a person suddenly thinks: is there, probably, some order, style or pattern of such an appeal? All of this actually exists. And you definitely need to know the requirements for composing a letter addressed, for example, to a minister.

Instructions

Step 1

Do not rush to take up the pen at the peak of your emotions - resentment, resentment or anger. Let yourself cool down. Otherwise, your letter will be chaotic: the presentation is chaotic, and the essence is unclear. Most likely, such a letter will go to the trash. Your thoughts about addressing the minister should be taken out, put in order, only then you will be able to compose a logical, maximally informative and specific letter.

Step 2

It is worth adhering to certain rules for formalizing official letters. At the top of the sheet (header), write the correct position and surname with the initials of the addressee. For example:

Minister of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation T. A. Golikova.

Below you can indicate the name of the deputy minister. For example:

Deputy Minister of Health and Social Development A. L. Safonov. (In this case, a copy of your letter will be sent to the Deputy Minister).

Below the addressees you can write - from whom the letter is. For example:

From Nikolaeva M. I., residing at the address …

Or:

From the staff of the central city hospital in Togliatti (names and signatures are attached).

However, it is permissible to place the sender's name and data at the end of the letter.

Step 3

After the "heading", place the main text of the letter. Consider the peculiarities of visual perception by a person (and by the minister as well) of printed or handwritten text: first of all, the upper one is fixed, i.e. the initial part of the message. That is why try exactly at the beginning, literally in the first lines, to state the essence of your appeal to the minister.

Step 4

Throughout your presentation, follow the 5 requirements for the text of the official letter. We are talking about impeccable literacy, brevity (brevity), completeness (completeness), correctness (even if you do not feel sympathy for this minister and you want to express yourself in strong expressions). If you adhere to these requirements, your letter will be taken seriously. Moreover, a positive attitude towards the sender will develop, i.e. to you, and the sooner you will receive an exhaustive and correct answer.

Step 5

The letter should be finished with the words "Respectfully, Maria Ivanovna Nikolaeva" or "Sincerely, the staff of the central city hospital in Togliatti." Further - the date and signature (if this is a collective letter, the signature is not needed, because a sheet with names and signatures will be attached to the letter).
