One of the items in the drop-down menu that appears when you hover the cursor over this tab is the line "Foreign passport". Left-clicking on this line will cause a transition to the site page containing comprehensive information on the procedure for issuing foreign passports, including a new type of passport.

However, you should not use the forms downloaded from the websites of third-party organizations: the fact is that changes are periodically made to the form of the questionnaire, so you can be sure that you have downloaded the current version only if you refer to the official website of the FMS.
There are two ways to fill out the questionnaire form: the first of them is by entering the necessary data on a computer and then printing out the completed form. The second way is to fill out the questionnaire by hand: in this case, it is recommended to use a black or blue pen and monitor the legibility of the handwriting.

However, for those citizens who, for one reason or another, cannot take advantage of the convenient opportunity to download the application form for a new generation passport in electronic form, and then print and fill it out, there is still the opportunity to personally apply to the territorial office of the FMS with a request to issue a paper form of such a questionnaire. On receipt of this form, it should be completed in legible handwriting using a black or blue pen.
