Our reality, alas, is such that almost every person at least once in his life had to contact various authorities with requests for help. Today, according to the law "On the Procedure for Considering Applications of Citizens of the Russian Federation", any official (even the most senior) is obliged to respond to a letter within 30 days from the date of registration of the letter (in case of a question of increased complexity - 60). Why do citizens wait months for a response to some letters? Statistics show: the first reason is the dishonesty of the official, the second is the letter itself. Indeed, it is difficult to respond to an appeal, the essence of which is vague, the narrative is confused, and what exactly the sender is asking for is unclear. That is why you need to know the rules for writing letters containing requests for help.
Instructions
Step 1
At the top of the sheet of paper on which you are going to write a letter, indicate the addressee. For example: Director of the MPO Housing and Communal Services of Kuznetsk
Ivanov II It is permissible to write here, from whom the letter: From the tenants of the house number 1 on the street. Youth city of Kuznetsk (the list of names and signatures is attached). Or: From Nikolayev N. N., residing at: (full address). It is advisable to provide a phone number. However, the sender's data and his contacts can be indicated at the end of the letter.
Step 2
The structure of the letter for help. It should be as follows: - introduction (description of the immediate event about which the letter is actually being written);
- the reason for composing the letter (what bothers you, worries, worries you in the described event);
- a request arising from the event you described. If you follow such a sequence that reflects the logic of the development of an event or situation, the letter will be perceived by the addressee more easily.
Step 3
Language and writing style. Here are welcome: - specifics. Do not smear the main thing, provide more facts;
- clarity. Avoid sentences that are ambiguous in meaning. Don't mislead the addressee;
- the exact designation of places and dates in one way or another related to your request for help. A small dose of emotion in letters of help is acceptable.
Formulate the request using the verb "ask":
"We ask you to take action …" (if the letter is from a group of persons);
"I ask for assistance …" (if the letter is from one person).
If you have your own ideas on how to correct the situation that you reported, at the end of the letter you can write "My suggestions" and state your vision for solving the problem.
