Biography

Natalia Tenyakova was born in 1944 in Leningrad. Parents wanted their daughter to become a teacher, but she gravitated towards the theater and after school entered the Leningrad Theater Institute. For a long time, the mother and father did not know about the choice of their daughter and thought that she was studying at the pedagogical institute. Since 1967, Natalya Tenyakova has already been an artist of the Bolshoi Drama Theater in the Northern capital, to which she gave 12 years of her life. Natalya Tenyakova first married the famous theater director Lev Dodin. Little is known about this marriage, but on the whole it was quite successful. And yet, during the next filming, a romance broke out between Tenyakova and the legendary actor Sergei Yursky. Natalia chose to divorce her husband and create a new family. The lovers got married in 1970.

In her second marriage, Natalya Tenyakova gave birth to a daughter, Daria, and by now she is already raising the grandchildren of Georgy and Alisher. Despite her precarious health, the actress continues to play in theatrical productions, and sometimes appears on television as a guest on various shows. In 2017, she took part in a creative evening in honor of the 90th anniversary of the birth of actor Oleg Efremov.
