The future politician was born into a large family in the city of Baley, in the Chita region. The date of birth of Sergei Vostretsov is April 4, 1976. His father worked as a miner.
In 1998, Sergei graduated from the Military Institute of Internal Troops in St. Petersburg, showing excellent knowledge. In 2003 he graduated from the Naval Institute of Radio Electronics. Vostretsov is a candidate of pedagogical sciences. The topic of his dissertation was related to the initial military training of difficult teenagers in the conditions of a military sports camp.
