The loss of a driver's license, like any other document, is an unpleasant event. This is one of the few cases that make us ourselves seek meetings with traffic police officers. And before you go to storm the offices of the traffic police, make sure that all the required certificates and documents are collected. This will save you from unnecessary "body movements", significantly saving your time.

Instructions
Step 1
Try to find a document certifying that you were trained in a driving school. This will greatly simplify the process of restoring rights in the future.
Step 2
If you do not have a medical examination certificate, or if it has expired, you will have to undergo a medical commission. One photo 3 × 4 cm is also required for reference. Take a photocopy of the medical report immediately.
Step 3
Now go to the photo studio where you need to take a picture for a new driver's license.
Step 4
If you have all the required documents on hand, you can go to the traffic police. Here you have to write a statement. The required templates are usually available on information boards. After that, you have to transfer the amount necessary to issue a new certificate to a special account in a savings bank and bring the receipt to the traffic police. You will be given a temporary driver's license, and they will tell you when you need to appear for the issuance of the main one (no later than two months).
