Instructions
Step 1
To get started, apply to your local security agency. Fill out all the questionnaires as honestly as possible, since all information is checked in detail, and if any deception is detected, then you will never be able to get to work at the FSB again. An employee can only be a citizen of the Russian Federation who does not have citizenship of a foreign state and meets personal, professional, physical and psychological qualities.
Step 2
Your application will be considered for quite a long time. As a rule, all checks take about three months. If all the documents have passed, then you will be called to the personnel department.
Step 3
Next, you need to go through a medical commission, according to the results of which psychological selection will be carried out. When passing all the tests, the level of intellectual development, quick thinking, and communication skills are revealed. Determination of the professional suitability of each candidate is checked against the requirements for the specific position for which he is applying. You must have a college degree and a clean reputation before the law. Relatives and acquaintances are also checked.
Step 4
After passing all medical examinations, you will be referred for a physical fitness check. The candidate must be at least 175 centimeters tall and be able to pull up on the bar at least 10 times. You will need to pass a run of 100 meters, a kilometer and 3 kilometers. Requirements may vary depending on the position the employee is applying for.
Step 5
Then the next stage begins - a polygraph test. You will be asked questions, the purpose of which is to identify the "dark spots" of the biography (addiction to alcohol, drugs, connections with the underworld, etc.).
Step 6
Then the FSB conducts an interview with relatives, according to the results of which all respondents will have to agree to the candidate's enrollment in the service.
Step 7
Based on the results of all the stages passed, only those applicants are enrolled who have successfully passed all the selection stages and meet the requirements.
