First of all, remember - preparation for the army should begin long before the call. It will be easier for you to endure physical activity if you are already prepared for them. Physical education lessons will not give the necessary load, go in for sports.

Also train yourself to be independent. Do at least basic things: wash your clothes, sew on the buttons themselves, sweep and wash the floors in the apartment, watch your appearance. You will have to do all this yourself in the army, and it will be easier if you go to serve as an independent person.

Next, decide on the choice of profession. Soldiers with professional education are valued in the army. Specialists in the following specialties are especially in demand: auto mechanic, driver, electrician, programmer, radio technician, cook.

Now a few tips regarding the service itself. Try to find yourself a friend, as it is very difficult to be alone in the army. It is easier for friends to resist the difficulties of army life, and the grandfathers cling more to the "loners".

As soon as you get to the unit, write a letter home: where are you, what is your address, how you settled down. So, your relatives will be able to contact you faster, and letters from your hometown are great moral support for a beginner.

And most importantly, grab everything on the fly! For this, in any case, do not get drunk on the road. If you excel on the first day, as a "brake", and you will walk the entire service in the "brakes".

Now about hazing. It was, is and will be an army custom. But learn to distinguish hazing from lawlessness. For example, making the bed of an old employee is hazing, and washing his socks is already chaos.
