To privatize a garage, it is necessary to pay a full share contribution and collect a certain package of documents. Garages, which are part of ASK, MGSA, are not subject to privatization, as they are located on municipal land without the right of redemption.
Instructions
Step 1
If all members of the cooperative have registered ownership rights on the basis of a certificate of the paid share contribution to GSK, you will need the following package of documents to privatize the garage: - original and certified copy of the certificate from GSK about your membership in the cooperative and full repayment of the share (the document is signed chairman and chief accountant and sealed with a seal); - registration certificate of the BTI (if before that your rights were taken into account in this institution); - act of the state commission on acceptance of the garage into operation, approved by the district administration; - passport (original and copy).
Step 2
If at least one of the members of the cooperative has not yet received the ownership rights to the garage issued by GSK, and has not paid the share contribution, then, in addition to those already mentioned, you will also need the following documents: - a certified copy of the certificate of registration of GSK or the decision of the administration on its establishment (or other document); - certified copy of the charter of GSK; - certified copy of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities; - list of general property of GSK, drawn up and signed by the chairman and certified by the seal; - floor explication of the garage with marked parking spaces and corresponding numbering, signed by the chairman of GSK and certified stamp; - lease agreement for a plot of land for the construction of a garage (or other permits).
Step 3
Submit for consideration all prepared documents to the FRS (in some regions of the EIRC). If you really are a member of GSK (and not in MGSA or ASK), then you will not be denied privatization, and you will receive a corresponding certificate within 30 days from the date of submission of documents. In other cases, this is impossible, since the land on which you built the garage belongs to the municipality and therefore it can be demolished at any time.
