Step 1
Decide on the choice of code. If this is a checkpoint (code of the reason for registration), then the easiest way to obtain information is the section of the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia "Electronic Services". In the submenu "Check yourself and the counterparty" of the e-services menu, you must correctly fill in the search query.
Step 2
In the opened electronic form "Information entered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities", enter the information in the required fields for filling - this is "OGRN / GRN / TIN" or "Name of the organization". Additional positions are also offered in the form of a search query - these are "Address", "Date of registration" and "Subject of the Russian Federation".

If only part of the name of the organization is known, then when filling out the request, indicate the original part of it, without taking into account special characters, quotes and organizational and legal form. The format for filling in the registration date is DD. MM. YYYY, the subject of the Russian Federation is selected from the directory.

It is possible to order and receive this information document from your tax office only to an authorized person of the organization. The process of obtaining an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRIP) is a state service of the tax inspectorate, provided free of charge.
