Instructions
Step 1
Sign a deposit agreement, which is drawn up in your presence. If you are applying for participation in the auction as an individual entrepreneur, you need to have a civil passport with a registration mark, a photocopy of the certificate of an individual entrepreneur, a copy of a certificate from the tax office on registration, certified by a notary.
Step 2
Submit the package of documents that was set when submitting applications for participation in the auction. It must contain copies of constituent documents (document on state registration of a legal entity, company charter, etc.) if you will participate in the auction as a legal entity.
Step 3
Submit a photocopy of the tax registration document certified by a notary; a copy certified by the seal of the company or the original of the decision in writing of the relevant management body for the acquisition of property; copies certified with a seal or original documents confirming the competence of the authorities and officials of the applicant; information on the share of the Russian Federation in the authorized capital of the legal entity.
Step 4
Make a deposit to the current account of the organization that holds the auction, indicate in the payment order the number of the deposit agreement. An application for participation in an auction for a specific object can be submitted only one from one person.
Step 5
Do not correct documents or fill them in with a pencil. All agreed corrections must be notarized. Signatures and seals, as well as the details and text of the original documents must be legible and readable. Signatures on each document must be decrypted, i.e. the position, surname and name of the person who signed the document are indicated. You, as the applicant, are responsible for the correctness of the information and documents provided. All documents submitted for participation in the auction by the applicant will not be returned after its completion.
