The rapid development of information technology is changing the usual relationships between business participants. The digital economy, which is replacing traditional forms, requires appropriate training from businessmen. Evgeny Gavrilin is known as a successful entrepreneur.
Starting conditions
Meeting the material needs of the working people was the main goal of the Soviet economy. The transition to market principles of management radically changed the priorities. In the current chronological period, a person must take care of his own well-being, relying only on his own strength. Any innovation is perceived in society with some caution. The first routes through uncharted territory are made by people who are able to consciously take risks. These representatives include the entrepreneur and coach Evgeny Nikolaevich Gavrilin.
The future entrepreneur was born on November 26, 1982 in an ordinary Soviet family. Parents lived in the famous city of Saransk. The father left the family when the boy was not even three years old. The child grew up and was brought up by his grandmother. Mother had to work hard to maintain a decent standard of living. In those days, there were no overly rich and hopelessly poor citizens in the country. The majority lived modestly, without vulgar consumerism. Gavrilin did not feel deprived, however, the masculinity, male advice and support at an early age was not enough.
When Zhenya went to school, every time they bought him a new suit for the next school year. He studied well, but he did not have enough stars from the sky. Relationships with peers were not always smooth. I had to defend my dignity in fights after school. After a while, the situation stabilized. Meanwhile, by the mid-90s, the situation in the country's economy had deteriorated significantly. The mother began to earn less, and the payment of wages was regularly delayed. It was then that Gavrilin began to evaluate his life in an adult way.
The entrepreneurial practice began with the sale of newspapers. An eighth grader walked the streets and apartments, offering to buy fresh newspapers for three rubles. In kiosks, the price for these publications was one ruble. But Eugene learned to convince potential buyers and earned his income. Then for some time he was engaged in the sale of small household appliances: mixers, kettles, toasters. Having received his secondary education, Gavrilin stayed in his hometown and got a job as a DJ in one of the nightclubs. Time flew by here merrily and imperceptibly, but the earnings turned out to be scanty.
Entrepreneurial activity
For some time Gavrilin worked as a host of various events. He was eagerly invited to weddings, name days, corporate celebrations and other events. However, in Saransk, the market for these services was limited. Then Evgeny and his colleagues decided to move to Moscow, where there were many more opportunities. Indeed, there are a lot of nightclubs in the capital. But you can entertain the audience using cliches and jokes on duty. Evgeny did not like this at all. After a while, he started working at a digital agency. And this direction, as they say, "shot".
Specialists in digital marketing provide clients with an expert assessment of the direction in which they intend to develop their business. This can be the creation of sites on the Internet. Or trade in consumer goods from China. Creativity in this area requires special abilities from a specialist when communicating with people. Gavrilin has created more than ten digital companies during his nine years in the capital. It should be emphasized that the market development process was not always smooth. However, the qualifications of partners and employees were constantly improving.
Key platform
Evgeny Gavrilin became a famous person after the launch of the Boomstarter platform. The entrepreneur himself does not hide that he "spied" the idea on the US market. When the so-called small business began to be planted on the vast Russian expanses without proper preparation, many people could not understand the essence of this process. The main thing is that those who wanted to start their own business lacked start-up capital. Ideas and projects were in abundance, but there was no capital. For advanced economies, this situation is considered normal. To realize his ideas, a businessman is invited to use a mechanism called crowdfunding.
In order to collect the required amount for the implementation of a specific project, information is posted on a special Internet site. Potential investors get acquainted with the project and agree to invest their money in its implementation. In this case, the intermediary company receives its commissions. That's what crowdfunding is. Gavrilin was the first to implement this idea on the Russian market.
Prospects and personal life
At the moment, Evgeny Gavrilin has achieved material well-being. However, he does not consider this fact as grounds for terminating his activities. The entrepreneur continues his career in training. Hundreds of people come to the seminars where he teaches the basics of business. In order to quickly communicate with the target audience, Evgeny maintains his own video channel on YouTube.
Gavrilin speaks sparingly about his personal life. He has been legally married since 2012. The husband and wife are raising and raising their daughter. There are no more detailed data in open sources. The entrepreneur submits an income tax return on time and pays taxes in full.
