Evgeny Viktorovich Levchenko is a Ukrainian footballer who played as a midfielder for Russian and European football clubs, as well as the Ukrainian national football team. In 2013 he took part in the popular reality show "The Bachelor" on the TNT channel.

Evgeny Viktorovich Levchenko was born in Ukraine in the Donetsk region, the village of Konstantinovka on January 2, 1978. Evgeny's love for football began at the age of 8, when the boy's father, a big fan of the game, gave his son a ball for his birthday and brought him to the sports section of Donetsk.
At the age of 15, Evgeny first entered the field as part of the Metallurg football team. The play of the young midfielder impressed the management of the club, and Eugene entered the main team. In 1994, after a successful season, Evgeniy moved to play for the more eminent Donetsk football club Shakhtar.

In 1996, Evgeny was invited to play in the double of the Moscow football club CSKA. Having played there for six months, the young footballer received an invitation from the oldest club in the Netherlands - Vitesse. Having played in the club's double for several months, Evgeniy was leased to another Dutch club, Helmond. After a good game and a worthy end to the season, the player was returned to Vitesse.
This was followed by a game in the Dutch club "Cambuur", and an invitation to represent the Ukrainian national football team in the match against Slovakia on November 20, 2002.
In 2003, the footballer moved from Cambuur to the Dutch club Sparta Rotterdam. Having played two years for him, Eugene was never able to establish relations with the coach.
In 2005, Eugene became a player of the famous Dutch club "Groningen". A good game in this club was able to bring the football player fame and recognition among the country's fans. In 2009, the American men's magazine Esquire, recognized Eugene as the most stylish football player in the Netherlands.
In 2009, the contract with Groningen was over and Evgeny moved to play in the Moscow Region club Saturn. The game at this club was overshadowed by a financial scandal.
