Childhood and youth

Intoxicated by the air of freedom, he took up trade. He brought clothes and shoes from Finland and sold them on the streets of his native city. The future head of the investment fund was born on September 24, 1971 in an intelligent family. Parents lived in the famous city of Leningrad. My father worked as vice-rector for science at the Zhdanov Leningrad University. Mother taught economic history at the same university. Andrei studied well at school. I did sports. Participated in social events. Having received a certificate of maturity, he entered the economics department of the same university where his relatives worked.
