Step 1
You can find out which branch of the Pension Fund serves your address of place of residence, stay or actual residence, using the official website of the PFR. And by the contact numbers of the department of interest, clarify the hours of its work and everything related to the reception on your question (at what time, which office and who to contact).
Step 2
Take your passport with you to the appointment and, if available, a certificate of registration at the place of stay. Make copies of these documents just in case.
The fund specialist will give you the forms that you need to fill out. Do this, sign them in the right place. Give the finished documents to the employee of the fund division.
Step 3
If you have filled in everything correctly, the foundation staff will take your documents and tell you when to come for a ready-made certificate.
The only reason for refusing to issue it will be if you have a previously issued document.
