Instructions
Step 1
You can download the application form for state registration on the Rosreestr website or receive it from its territorial division. It is filled in on a computer and displayed on a printer or on a typewriter, or by hand, then signed.
If you plan to send documents by mail, your signature must be certified by a notary.
A copy of your passport is attached to the application (spread with personal data).
Step 2
Documents confirming the right to property (notarized purchase and sale agreement, act of acceptance and transfer of housing, court decision, etc., depending on the situation) must be provided in the complete set of the original plus a copy.
Confirmation of transactions in simple writing - in two originals, one of which remains in the archive, plus a copy.
The documents must reflect the essence of the transaction, contain a description of the property, be free of abbreviations, erasures, corrections, additions, serious damage, etc.
Step 3
For registration of ownership of real estate, a state fee is charged. Its size and payment details can be found in your department of Rosreestr.
A complete set of documents is delivered to the Rosreestr department in person at office hours or by mail with a valuable letter with a list of attachments and a return receipt.
