For all the seeming similarities between Russian and Ukrainian, not knowing the state language of Ukraine, it is better not to try to do your own translation. This can be confirmed by mistakes often made by would-be specialists from some Russian translation agencies. And often even the presence of a dictionary at hand will not save you from this. To translate correctly, you need to know the language, and even better - to be a native speaker.

To search for a translator in Ukraine, the local version of Yandex (in the ua domain zone) or the Ukrainian search engine meta.ua are preferred.
The professional Russian-language forum "City of Translators", which brings together professionals from different countries working with different languages, can also be useful. There is also a section for customers.
Step 3
Various freelance exchanges will also help in finding a Russian-Ukrainian translator (especially if notarization is required). For any of them you need to register as an employer.
Most likely, you will receive a sufficient number of responses to your project, including from translators who have a lot of positive reviews.
But you definitely shouldn't chase after cheapness.

When you are on the territory of Ukraine, you can contact any translation agency. They are usually located in crowded places, and advertisements, along with the Internet, are placed in local print media.

After choosing the contractor, you just have to discuss with him the procedure for interaction and settlements, the price and terms and act according to the agreements.
If you have the original in electronic form, you can send it via the Internet, including in the form of a scan. Some Ukrainian translation agencies even offer notarization of a scanned copy, but for a higher price than showing the original to the translator.
