Even native Muscovites who know their city well are often unable to answer the question of where this or that street is located. However, anyone can solve the problem on their own using Yandex Maps or a similar service, for example, one or another electronic reference system.
It is necessary

- - access to the Internet;
- - Yandex Maps service or similar.
Instructions
Step 1
Open the Yandex start page and follow the Maps link. You can also use the direct link to the service. If you are using a help system based on your computer or mobile phone, launch it and wait for it to load.
Step 2
Use the link "Select a city". It is located at the top of the page on the right. After clicking on it on the left, you will see a list of available countries. Select Russia in it, and in the list of regions and cities that opens - Moscow. According to a similar or similar algorithm, the desired city is usually selected in various reference systems. In some, you are offered to select it already at startup. All you have to do is follow the instructions and prompts of the interface of your system, which in most cases is intuitive and will lead to the choice of the desired city - in this case, Moscow.
Step 3
Enter the name of the street you want into the search bar, then click on the search button. As you enter characters, the service will offer you the most suitable street options, indicating the cities where they are located, and you can select the one you want. If the program does not offer any options and does not find the required street, check the correctness of its spelling. It is possible, although rarely, the option when the required street is not included in the map, on the basis of which the service searches. In this case, alternative help systems should be used.
Step 4
Click on the name of the street you need in the search results. If you know the house number, open the list of houses and select the one you are looking for. Or - the closest to it by numbering, if your number is not in the system (this happens, but it does not mean that there is no such house in nature).
Step 5
Pay attention to the pointer on the map, which will appear after the completion of the search for the parameters you specified. Click on it once, then - on the link "How to get there". After that, you will see a list of the nearest metro stations and links to information on travel options by public transport or by car. You can also find the nearest metro stations (for Moscow, this landmark is definitely the most optimal) and the way to them, you can also change the scale of the fragment of the map that opens up to you.
