Biography
Vadim's real name is Zasypkin. Vadim Georgievich was born in Ussuriisk on 1971-27-08 into a military family. He was educated at the Suvorov Military School, from which he graduated in 1988. Then Vadim Dymov entered the Donetsk Higher Military-Political School. Vadim Georgievich has a law degree from the Far Eastern State University in the Faculty of Law in 1999. His legal career could have been a great success, because already in his second year at university, Vadim worked in court as an assistant to the chairman. However, Dymov correctly assessed his abilities and interests and went into business.
Vadim's entrepreneurial activity began in the Far East in 1997. He became a co-owner of the Ratimir meat factory. It was this undertaking, as well as the experience gained from trips to Europe, that laid the foundation for the creation of the Moscow firm "Dymov" in 2001. The company produces various sausages, sausages, dumplings. In 2005, Dymov opened a Krasnoyarsk branch, and in 2006 founded a meat production facility in Vladivostok with Ratimir. In 2007, the Dymov brand was bought by the Dmitrov meat-packing plant and turned into its own branch. The meat concern owns livestock complexes in the Vladimir region, in the Krasnodar Territory and Krasnoyarsk. In total, the plant produces about 300 different names under its own brand, not only under the brand of the same name, but also under the names Picolini, Meat Chips and Stickado.
Despite his successful business, Vadim Dymov is looking for peace and solitude in the Russian outback. He buys a house in Suzdal, but his entrepreneurial spirit suggests a new business idea: the sale of souvenir ceramics. Dymov launches the construction of a workshop and simultaneously announces a competition at the Suzdal Art School to recreate the old local style. Through a creative competition, Vadim finds experienced potters of the highest category. He founds the company "Suzdal ceramics" ("Dymov ceramics"), which is engaged in the manufacture of original tableware and tiles. Among the clients of the company are not only tourists, but also famous restaurateurs and designers.
In 2006-2007, Vadim Georgievich opens 2 new business areas at once in Moscow. The first project is the Respublika bookstore chain, created according to European standards, and the second is the Dymov No. 1 beer restaurant chain. Vadim is the organizer of his own publishing house "Tretya Smena".
Dymov is actively involved in social activities. Since 2007, he has been involved in the design of school feeding programs as part of an official government group. Vadim is also a member of the General Council of the Public Organization "Business Russia".
