Childhood and youth

Theater and film actress Sabina Gulbalayevna Akhmedova was born on September 23, 1981 in an international family. Parents at that time lived in the famous city of Baku. His father, an Azerbaijani by nationality, worked as an engineer at an oil refinery. His mother, an Armenian by nationality, was engaged in the preparation of technical documentation for buildings and structures. Sabina, being the only child in the house, grew up surrounded by care and love.
In the winter of 1990, when riots on ethnic grounds broke out in the city, the Akhmedovs moved to Moscow. Here Sabina graduated from high school. She studied well, but there were not enough stars from the sky. If I thought about my future profession, I did not discuss this topic with anyone. Having received a certificate of secondary education, the girl announced to her parents that she wanted to become an actress. I had to hire a good tutor for the applicant. Akhmedova successfully entered the acting department of the Moscow Institute of Contemporary Art.
Professional activity
After graduating from the institute, the certified actress entered the service at the Stas Namin Theater. For almost four years she appeared on stage in different roles. I had to play in the classic productions "House of Bernard Alba" and "A Story with a Metranpage". Sabina brilliantly performed the role of Mary Magdalene in the rock opera "Jesus Christ Superstar". The stage career seemed to be going well. However, after a while, she felt that she lacked the skills and acting technique of performance. To fill the gap in professional training, the actress went to the United States and took a course at one of the institutes in Los Angeles.
The Russian actress saw and learned how the American theater lives and how it differs from the Russian one. Sabina was pleasantly surprised when she was invited to participate in the theatrical production of Chekhov's play Three Sisters. At rehearsals, she met the cult American actor Al Pacino. Akhmedova, without an understudy, played one of the leading roles in the American film Men Don't Lie. Returning to her native shores, the actress plunged into a daily series of rehearsals and performances. Sabina managed not only to play in the theater, but also to act in films.
Prospects and personal life
The filmography of the actress has more than three dozen projects. Akhmedova plays with equal success in comedy films and in dramatic films. In her work, she does not refuse offers. But if she doesn't like the role, Sabina will not play it for any money.
Very little is known about Akhmedova's personal life. They say she got married in America. But unsuccessful. Husband and wife parted less than a year later. Recently, Sabina has been living in two houses - in Moscow with her parents, and in Los Angeles, where she has a good apartment.
