Only some of the most life-loving, artistic and emotional people on earth - Italians - could have come up with such an effective form of defending workers' rights: to be in the workplace and work "by the sweat of your brow" … not working for a second.

Kindergarten teachers and teachers know that in almost every children's community there are children who are not capricious, do not cry bitterly, do not defend their own opinion with all the fervor of youthful maximalism - by no means. They are "quiet people". Quiet, corrosive, they bring others to white heat and almost always get their way.
