A point of sale, a small tent or a large center, divides all people into two large categories - sellers and buyers. It depends on each member of society whether we will live in a civilized, cultural world or not. It is important to be able to treat each other with respect and kindness.

Legal side of trade relations

There are many legal documents that are aimed at protecting the rights of sellers and consumers, their main meaning is as follows: for their money, the buyer must receive a quality product or service. When making a purchase, each client can be absolutely sure that the administration (representative) of the outlet is aware of the legal aspects accompanying the purchase and sale process.

The buyer is also a person

Each customer, first of all, is a person, with his own character and principles. If a person is inherently non-conflict, then he will not find fault with him once again and shake his rights. There are more pedantic people out there who want things to be done according to the rules. They want to know everything and defend their rights to the maximum.

With such a buyer, the seller will have to work harder, but within the limits of their competence.

A few rules that can be useful to all participants in the sale and purchase to maintain a peaceful and mutually beneficial cooperation:

- In case of an unpleasant development of events, irreparable damage or loss of goods in the store itself may occur, even before the moment of payment. According to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the buyer should not be held responsible for this incident if his actions were not intentional. The risk of accidental damage to the goods is borne by its owner (represented by the seller) and passes to the buyer from the moment the check is issued.

- The ultimate goal of any seller is to sell his product or service, no matter how he interprets it. To achieve the result, different methods and techniques can be used. It should be remembered that many specialists (merchandisers, merchandisers, sound design specialists) work on the sales process, whose work is not always striking, but has the psychological impact necessary for the purchase.

- All stores belong to different categories of price-quality correspondence. It is hardly worth counting on buying a branded item in a chain store within walking distance.

If the buyer plans to purchase an expensive item in advance, it is reasonable for him to conduct at least a small monitoring of the properties (technical characteristics) and prices inherent in this product.

The seller may refuse to return funds in case of unreasonable claims to the quality or functionality of the goods.

It should be noted that a conscientious buyer is always right! All misunderstandings and conflicts can be avoided if the participants in trade relations are not only armed with rights, but they themselves strive to be honest and respectable.
