Alexander Serov is a famous pop singer, poet, composer, People's Artist of the Russian Federation. The most famous hits are "I love you to tears", "You love me", "Madonna" on the verses of R. Kazakova.
Biography
Alexander Serov was born in the village of Kovalevka, (Nikolaev region, Ukraine). The father is the head of the motor depot, and the mother is the head of the plant. They divorced when Sasha was little. The mother devoted a lot of time to work, so the boy was raised by his grandmother.
Serov was interested in music as a teenager. At school, he was a member of the student orchestra, played the viola. Alexander himself mastered playing the piano, earning money by playing it in restaurants, cafes, performing various compositions.
After graduating from school, Serov entered the music school (clarinet class). During the army period Serov performed in the VIA "Iva", then he worked with the groups "Cheremosh", "Singing cabin boys". He began his solo career in the 80s.
Career
The first known song, which was performed by A. Serov together with O. Zarubina, was called "Cruise". It happened in 1981. Then there was the performance of one more hit "Intercity Conversation" (duet with T. Antsiferova). A. Serov's first solo song is "Echo of the First Love".
A little later, the first album with the best songs was released, it was called "The World for Lovers", videos for the songs "Madonna" and "You Love Me" were released. The singer became more and more popular, successfully toured the country and abroad. He won a festival in Czechoslovakia. In the USA A. Serov performed solo, as well as with K. Richard and D. Bolen. The auditorium in Atlantic City was full of spectators.
The second album entitled "I Cry" was a huge success. The composer of the most popular songs was I. Krutoy. Both became laureates of the Lenin Komsomol Prize.
In the same period, Serov starred in the movie "Souvenir for the Prosecutor." The following albums "Suzanne", "Nostalgia for you" were released, the compositions "Starfall", "I love you to tears" became hits. Later, a misunderstanding arose between A. Serov and I. Krutoy, a break came in the singer's work.
In 2000, the album "My Goddess" was released, then the albums "Confession" and "Endless Love" were recorded. In 2004. Serov became the People's Artist of the Russian Federation. In 2012. the disc “Fairy Versailles” appeared, in 2013 - “Love will return to you”.
Personal life of Alexander Serov
A. Serov was credited with novels with many singers and actresses. He was married only once, his wife was the athlete E. Stebeneva. They met on the set of Serov's video. They have a daughter named Michelle. The marriage broke up after 19 y. life together.
