How many wonderful discoveries can be made by watching The Voice, especially blind auditions! At one of these contests, Russian viewers discovered a new talented performer from the city of Voronezh, Konstantin Strukov. His performance caused a lively response from the audience.
And not only - all members of the jury almost simultaneously turned to face him, pressing their red buttons. And they were fascinated by a stylish young man, dressed in all white, who took such notes that it was breathtaking.
The audience was also captivated by his plasticity, live performance and such positive energy that some danced to his song. In addition, his voice control is amazing: he is subject to a very wide range. Perhaps it was one of the most memorable performances, and the singer himself became one of the brightest contestants of the "Voice"
Biography
Konstantin Strukov was born in 1988 in the city of Voronezh. As a child, he did not show much interest in singing, so he did not study musical literacy. He grew up as an ordinary boy: he played with friends in the yard, went to school. The family of the future singer also had nothing to do with art.
As a teenager, he became interested in Western music and listened to a lot of things, but he did not even think that he could sing as well as many performers. He graduated from the natural and humanitarian class of an ordinary high school and entered a technical university, at the radio engineering faculty.
After receiving his diploma, he worked for a short time as an engineer, but this job was not to his liking. Then Konstantin decided to take up marketing, since this is a more humanitarian direction of activity than his engineering specialty.
However, even here he did not find inspiration, and decided to go into a creative profession. Of course, not immediately, but he became a vocalist in the Bali group, which was and still remains very popular in Voronezh. In this city, you can often find on posters with the inscription BALI party band - this is another name of the group in which Strukov sings.
Musician career
Musical taste, according to Konstantin himself, was formed in him spontaneously: he listened to Michael Jackson, and Justin Timberlake, and Frank Sinatra, and One Republic, Tesla Boy and other Western performers.
When I started singing in the Bali group, at first I was looking for my own style. Moreover, the group performs a variety of music: new disco, funk, indie pop and other similar genres. The guys in the group are creative, and they turn each of their performances into a spectacular performance that brings a lot of pleasure to the audience.
Young optimistic guys give the audience their positive energy, and for this they receive a lot of appreciation and gratitude from the audience. Moreover, with such a vocalist as Strukov, it is not difficult to do this: he performs compositions in Russian and several foreign languages. His repertoire includes original arrangements of world hits and songs of his own composition.
Konstantin is a rather ambitious young man, so he tried several times to get on the Voice show. He was just sure that he could perform well.
He first tried his luck in 2017 and was left in reserve - he never appeared on stage. The next year was simply unlucky: they ran out of places in the mentoring teams. But in 2019 he performed very well - the audience was delighted.
For "blind auditions" Strukov chose the hit "Sugar" from the group Maroon 5. And he was not mistaken - at the first notes Sergei Shnurov pressed the button, and then the rest of the jury turned to the singer.
After Konstantin's song, each of the jury members invited him to join his team. And everyone noted some peculiarity in his performance and image: Valery Syutkin noted that the most shocking dudes were in Voronezh; Polina Gagarina noted the charisma of the young singer; and Sergei Shnurov, in his playful manner, hinted that if Konstantin gets into his team, then everyone will be very lucky.
Even before the performance, Strukov himself said that he wanted to get into Shnurov's team, because he has the most energetic and creative team, and they have interesting numbers.
Konstantin was also lucky that he had an excellent support group: friends and beloved wife came with him from Voronezh.
After the "blind auditions", they began to select songs for further competitions and chose a song, which was arranged by Strukov. Of course, it was very pleasant and honorable. Unfortunately, Konstantin did not reach the final of the Voice, but he became known to a wider public and received even more fans of his work.
He will try his hand at new competitions and develop his singing talent, and show jumping was just a stage that showed in which direction to develop. Strukov still works with the Bali group, gives concerts and records new discs. Recently, musicians have been performing their songs more and more, mainly in the style of new disco (new disco) and funk (funk).
Personal life
Konstantin Strukov is married for the second time. The first time he got married in Voronezh, and met a new love in Moscow, at a casting in the show "Voice". Daria Dyachenko was also a candidate for participation in the competition and also performed well.
Strukov drew attention to the bright brunette, and then they realized that they had a lot in common, and most importantly, that they needed to be together. Konstantin divorced his first wife, and he and Dasha got married.
Now the Strukovs spouses live in Voronezh, both sing in the Bali group.
