Although it cannot be said about Larin that he only works in films, because he is also a theater actor, and quite successful. Spectators go to the performances "on Larin", because he has some special charm and charm.

Biography

Sergey Viktorovich Larin was born in 1982 in the city of Voskresensk, Moscow Region. As a child, the boy did not even suspect that he would one day become an actor. He studied at an ordinary school in his city, and after graduation he entered the branch of the Kolomna Institute of the Moscow State University, which was located in Voskresensk - Larin planned to get the education of an economist-manager. After a couple of years, Sergei realized that this was not what he would like to do in life.

The future actor decided to go to conquer the capital, and already there he entered acting courses, in which he studied for six months. It was not so hot what kind of preparation, but she gave Larin the understanding that he wanted to do acting.

The next stage, which brought the actor closer to the stage, was the workshop of Andrei Panin, who at that time was already a celebrity and received the title of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation. First, future stage professionals studied at Moscow State University, then moved to VGIK. It was already a completely different preparation: serious and professional.

Career in cinema and theater

Larin began acting in films when he was still a university student: he starred with Andrei Panin in the film "Full speed ahead!" (2004), then he played the role of Yuri Pobedonostsev in the film Korolev (2007) in the film "The Grandson of an Astronaut" (2007), and in Yuri Kara.

Sergei handed in his theses at the theater: he played the role of Sganarelle in the production of Sganarelle in the Land of the Soviets, the role of Elizabeth Bam in the play Elizabeth Bam by Kharms, as well as the role of Bernard in the production of Erotic Perversions in Chicago by Mamet.

Larin graduated from the Institute in 2006, and immediately began to cooperate with the Moscow Polish Theater, which was directed by Evgeny Viktorovich Lavrenchuk. A little later, he began working at the International Theater Center at the Roman Viktyuk Theater.

Since then, fate has thrown him from theater to cinema and back, and did not want to give up anything. Theater is a direct and not always simple contact with the audience, it is a good excitement before the performance and adrenaline after it. And also a great opportunity to convey to the audience what you feel yourself.

And cinema is the ability to work in front of the camera, to cooperate with a partner, even if you do not see the audience's eyes and do not feel a backlash. This is probably an even greater test for the actor, but this movie is also interesting.

Therefore, when in 2007 Yuri Kara invited the young actor to the detective film "Reporters", he agreed without hesitation. Moreover, it was one of the key roles - the role of journalist Kirill Markov. This year was rich for Sergei in roles: after the first picture, he starred in the television series "Soldiers 13" as the manager of Lyova.

And the next year was simply extraordinary: during the year he received eight proposals for filming in films and on television, and Sergei accepted all of them. So in his portfolio appeared the crime drama "When there is not enough love", the musical film "Hipsters", the series "Paradise apples", the TV movie "Airborne Dad" and others.

And in 2010 he got the main role: in the series "Toys" he created the image of the awkward and strange Gena Ivashkin, who is hopelessly in love with the main character. This charming young man was so timid that he aroused the sincere sympathy of the audience.

Also interesting were the works in the films "Two Wars of Ivan Kozhedub" (2010), where Larin played the main role, and in "Burnt by the Sun -2" by Nikita Mikhalkov (2010) as the cadet Curls. In 2012, he managed to play another major role: he played the role of coach Vsevolod Bobrov in his youth in the TV movie "Hockey Games". In subsequent years, there were also a lot of roles in television series, but these were not so prominent works.

In 2014, a new “theatrical boom” began for the actor - he again actively began to play in the theater. And in 2015, a very interesting experience happened in his life: in the production of "The Invention of the Waltz" by Vladimir Nabokov, Larin played five roles at once: Colonel; the first official; General Brug, Gorb's teacher; the old blonde poet and director Pavel Maikov. This happened thanks to cooperation with the Teatralny Marathon. Also in his theatrical portfolio appeared the role of insurance agent Plisson in the play "The Habit to Marry." As a theater actor, she also takes part in various commemorative concerts.

Such a varied life, which encourages actors to play roles in the theater and in the cinema, develops a lot of flexibility and opens up new possibilities. Thanks to this, Sergei Larin has become famous both among movie fans and theater fans.

As for the plans, everything is mixed here again: theater and cinema. Larin's recent roles in the TV series "Witnesses" (2017- …) and "321 Siberian" (2018) brought him new roles and even greater love of the audience.
