Many people think that the offspring of celebrities have an easy life, and everything is given to them by birthright, and not by their own merits. Perhaps someone succeeds. However, if you are a representative of a creative profession, you have to show yourself what you can do and what you are worth.
Nikolai Efremov is a descendant of a well-known artistic surname, the grandson of a Russian celebrity and a favorite of the audience, Oleg Nikolaevich Efremov (1927-2000), the founder of the Sovremennik Theater. The actor's parents are no less famous - they are People's Artist of the Russian Federation Evgenia Dobrovolskaya and Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Mikhail Efremov. Nikolai himself became recognizable after filming in the comedy fantasy "The Book of Masters". In total, his portfolio contains a little more than ten films.
Biography
The future actor was born in Moscow in 1991. Since childhood, he was surrounded by an atmosphere of creativity and theatricality in the good sense of the word. Parents tried to give Kolya the opportunity to develop their talents, and sent him to the children's vocal and musical group "Fidgets". Misha went to this studio for several years and thus prepared for his future profession: the children not only sang, but also engaged in stage speech and acting.
Seeing the example of Nikita's father and older brother before his eyes, Misha decided to also become an actor. He entered GITIS, at the acting department, where his head was Alexei Borodin. This teacher brought up such stars of Russian cinema as Chulpan Khamatova, Mikhail Politseimako, Nelly Uvarova.
Film career
By the time he entered the university, Nikolai already had experience in cinema: as a teenager, he starred in a joint Russian-Belarusian project - the drama “Dunechka” (2004) with his father Mikhail Efremov, as well as actors Vladimir Zherebtsov, Igor Bochkin and others. It was a wonderful experience when Nikolai was able to watch the game of real masters and take part in this action. Later, he was very proud that his contribution was also in the success of the film: "Dunechka" received the Grand Prix of the Moscow Premiere Festival and several awards at international film festivals.
In 2008, director Roman Prygunov selected Efremov for the role in the film "Indigo" about children with supernormal abilities. Nikolay played here a friend of Zakhar (actor Pavel Yasenok). And it was again an excellent acting school, in which colleagues and at the same time teachers were Gosha Kutsenko, Artem Tkachenko, Maria Shukshina and others. After graduation, Nikolai starred in the film "The Book of Masters", which made him truly recognizable. This fabulous film also turned out to be very successful. Efremov got an interesting role: he created the image of a young man in love, Kuzma, who chose not just anyone but a real princess as the subject of sighing.
In recent years, the actor's portfolio includes the films "Aunties" (2013), "Island" (2016), "Double Continuous" (2017). Also recently, Nikolai played in the play "Plant a Tree" with his father, Mikhail Olegovich. Critics noted that the play could become very popular, because it raises a relevant topic: the relationship between fathers and children.
Personal life
In 2019, Efremov's fans were upset - he got married. His wife was Vlada Kiseleva, with whom he met for a long time. Vlada works in advertising and education.
