A child comprehends any kind of art from perception. Scientists distinguish three stages of perception: primary, when the child perceives what interested him, skipping uninteresting and incomprehensible. The second stage is characterized by the fact that the teacher provides the opportunity to creatively reproduce art or parts of it in their own activities. And the third stage can be conditionally designated as the stage of scientific comprehension of artistic activity, when a picture of life in all its contradictions and complexity is recreated in the mind of a little man, and it becomes necessary to analyze it. Meeting a child with various art phenomena does not immediately make him spiritually rich or aesthetically pleasing. developed person. But this experience is remembered for a long time, and the little man always wants to feel again the familiar emotions received from the meeting with the beautiful. There are several types of art: music, literature, cinema, theater, fine and decorative arts, architecture, choreography, etc. The peculiarity of each type is in the fact that he especially influences the child with his specific materials and artistic means: sound, word, movement, colors. Music affects the musical sense of the child. The sculpture is addressed to other sides of the human soul: it is capable of conveying the plastic expressiveness of the body, pleasing the eye with beautiful forms of fine lines. Each type of art is addressed to any human person and assumes that any child is able to comprehend all its types. The pedagogical meaning of this is that upbringing cannot be limited to only one genre of art. Only their combination will ensure the normal aesthetic development of the child.
