The creation of a trade union allows you to collectively defend your rights before the employer. To solve elementary problems, you can limit yourself to the formation of a primary organization that does not require registration. To resolve serious disagreements with management, register the union as a legal entity.
Instructions
Step 1
Gather at least 7 people to form a union. At least out of 3 people must be organized by a local committee, three more will be included in the audit commission. Be sure to choose a chairman and a secretary. Of course, for the creation and normal functioning of a trade union organization, it is necessary to gather as many people as possible. The collective solution of problems, as well as possible, will help to eliminate them.
Step 2
Fill out a document containing details of the composition of the union, title, surnames and initials, and the responsibilities assigned to each person. Draw up a protocol on the establishment of the association, it must be signed by the head and the secretary. Each member of the organization must write an application to join the union.
Step 3
Distribute membership cards to all participants. Create a regulation to organize union members. It should consider the rights and obligations, purpose and objectives, as well as the source of funds and how they are received by the organization.
Step 4
Formally register your organization with the Social Union of Trade Union Organizations. This will help you gain the support of a large organization and strengthen your leadership position. After the approval of your association in SotsProf, notify the administration of your enterprise. You have the right not to disclose details about your organization.
Step 5
Register a trade union at the territorial office of the Ministry of Justice. Pay a state fee of RUB 2,000. Registration is only for notification purposes, so you cannot be denied the creation of a legal entity.
