Every year at Eurovision, the strongest musicians from European countries compete with each other, trying to prove that it is their compositions that deserve to be called the best on the entire continent. You can get to the main musical event of the year both as a spectator and as a performer.
Instructions
Step 1
If you are a talented performer and you think that your song should become the main song of Europe, try to get to the Russian Eurovision qualifying round. In this case, you will have to comply with a number of conditions, for example, your song should not be known to anyone other than you. Among other things, ideally, your song should not exceed three minutes, and the song should be in English.
Step 2
In Russia, the qualifying round for Eurovision is organized by Channel One. As soon as he starts broadcasting announcements about the beginning of the selection of songs, feel free to send your song to the editorial office. If you're lucky, you will be among the 25 pre-qualifiers and be eligible to perform live with your song at the qualifying concert. Remember that the candidacy of the performer who will go to Eurovision from Russia entirely depends on the choice of the audience, so try to interest them with your number. Next, the most difficult stage - you will find yourself at Eurovision and represent Russia.
Step 3
If you want to get to Eurovision as a spectator, make sure you buy a ticket to the show in advance. This can be done by visiting the Eurovision.tv website. Couchsurfing, a trendy tourist destination, where travelers stay with foreigners, will help you find free accommodation in the city where the Eurovision Song Contest is taking place. In return, you will have to share stories about Russian culture and Russia in particular with the person who provided you with housing.
Step 4
Having decided on accommodation, you can book tickets to the city of the Eurovision Song Contest. The most comfortable way to get there is by plane, but this method is very expensive. On average, 30-40 thousand rubles will be enough for food and small expenses. If you are planning to visit a couple of restaurants, you will have to charge a little more money.
Step 5
You can also take part in Eurovision as an organizer. For this you only need knowledge of a foreign language. It is possible that you can even visit the stage itself during the concert. If you are a media representative, it is enough to obtain accreditation and then all the doors of Eurovision will be open for you.
