Anna Semenovich is a Russian actress, TV presenter and former soloist of the "Brilliant" group.
Figure skating
Anna Grigorievna Semenovich was born on March 1, 1980 in the capital of Russia in the family of her father - the director of a fur atelier and mother, who worked as an economist. Later, Anna had a younger brother, Cyril.
At the age of two, Anna fell ill with rheumatoid arthritis and spent six months in the hospital. On the recommendation of doctors, her parents sent her to a sports school, and it was their choice that fell on figure skating. At the age of three, Semenovich put on skates and stood on the ice. She liked figure skating, as well as singing, to which she also devoted her free time from skating.
Anna achieved success in sports, often went to competitions abroad. In total, she changed five schools in which she had problems with classmates, most of whom were jealous of the athlete.
Deciding to connect her life with figure skating, Anna entered the Academy of Physical Culture in Moscow and was taught by the best figure skaters in the country.
At the age of 18, Anna left Russia and lived and trained in the United States of America for three years. At the age of 21, she returned to her homeland and, having refused to work in the ballet of Igor Bobrin, Tatyana Tarasova and Natalia Bestemyanova, began to look for herself in show business.
Show Business
Remembering the singing to which Anna also devoted her time, she joined the Charlie's Angels group thanks to director Daniil Mishin, who invited her there. The group quickly ceased to exist due to a lack of financial support. However, Anna's appearance attracted the attention of other directors working on television. Semenovich began to conduct sports programs, and later joined the Adrenaline Party group.
Having interviewed the musical group "Brilliant", immediately after filming she was offered to join it. So she quit her job as a presenter and became a member of a group she recently interviewed. She worked in the "Brilliant" for several years, but in 2007 she left the group, deciding to take a chance and completely immerse herself in a solo career. And not in vain - the risk was justified.
For three years of her solo career until 2011, Semenovich released video clips for the songs "On the Sea", "Tyrolean Song", "My God", "Not Madonna" and "Deceived People".
From 2004 to 2011, Anna starred in many films that brought her popularity. Of these, Anya got the brightest roles in the films Doomed to Become a Star, Students, Night Watch and Hitler, Kaput!
In 2006 she again took to the ice as part of the "Stars on Ice" show as a participant in the project. In 2007 she took part in the Ice Age show together with Alexei Makarov.
Personal life
The singer rarely talks about her personal life and about her partner, if any. She laughs off such questions or refuses to answer them. She is credited with many novels.
