Childhood and education

By the way, little is known about Kira, since she is, say, not a public person in the sense in which we are used to seeing the same stars. But her biography still has a number of interesting moments.

Saksaganskaya was born in the capital of our vast country on July 8, 1962. Like most children, she graduated from high school, and then was enrolled in students of the Moscow Automobile and Road Institute (now MADI), from which the girl graduated in 1984.

However, in the future, the received education was not useful to Kira - she married the director Alexei Uchitel and subsequently began to develop her career in the film industry. To be more precise, Saksaganskaya became a film producer. This is exactly the example when love does not interfere with creativity.

Creative way

In 1991, Kira became a producer of the newly-minted Rock film studio, whose founder and CEO was her husband Alexei Efimovich. To this day, the studio is engaged in the production of films, both fiction and documentary. The studio's filmography numbers about 30 works, which in total, for the entire existence of the creative association, have received over 60 awards of various kinds (these are Nika, and Golden Eagle, and numerous awards from Kinotavr).

Moreover, the Cinema Foundation has included the Rock studio among the leading companies in the segment of the domestic film industry.

Kira Saksaganskaya, among other things, is the general director of "Message to Man" - this annual international film festival has been held since 1989. It is interesting to note that the president of this festival is the same husband of Kira.

The personal portfolio of the producer Saksaganskaya contains 16 films, including the notorious Fool, Live, the scandalous Matilda, Prisoner and many others.

It is worth noting that Saksaganskaya was honored to become a member of the film academy.

In 2003, Kira founded a non-profit organization and became its CEO. This organization is called "New Projects" and is engaged in the production and promotion of films (however, which ones are unknown).

Personal life

According to unconfirmed information, Kira is the actual legal wife of Alexei Uchitel (the same director of the famous and sensational "Matilda"), although (all according to the same unconfirmed information) the couple has long been living apart, the family has fallen apart. The only thing that connects them is the business relationship that they maintain throughout their acquaintance with each other. Alexey and Kira have two sons, one of whom is, no less, a graduate of VGIK (directing department) and makes films at the parents' studio ("Rock").
