Kim Breitburg is the stage name of the famous Soviet musician, producer and composer Kimol Aleksandrovich Breitburg. Biography
The hometown of Kim Breitburg is Ukrainian Lviv, where the musician was born in 1955 on February 10th. The family was very musical, as Kimol's father was a professional musician and his mother was engaged in choreography. As a child, the boy traveled a lot around the Soviet Union in connection with the touring activities of his parents. The child began to comprehend the basics of music from the age of five. He received a classical music education and by the time of his choice of a profession he was virtuoso playing the piano.
In 1970, Kim entered the Nikolaev School of Music, where he studied music theory, and then left for Moscow, where he entered the Institute of Contemporary Art. The talented student received an honors degree.
Work, creativity, career
The seventies of the twentieth century, all young people went crazy with rock music. The craze has not spared the young musician either. Kim Breiburg tries to create amateur and professional rock bands. The first most famous group, which became popular in the Soviet Union, appeared within the walls of the Ural Philharmonic and received the resounding name "Forsage". And in 1978, the famous "Dialogue" appeared - a rock band, which in the eighties became very popular among viewers and listeners of such a musical direction as art rock. Due to the high taste and musicality of the performed compositions, the musicians of "Dialogue" had the opportunity to tour not only in their native country, but also abroad. England, Italy, Spain, Sweden - in a short time, Soviet rock musicians traveled all over Europe and even took part in prestigious competitions.
Subsequently, the Dialogue brand became known as an "incubator" organized by Kim Breitburg, Evgeny Fridlyand and Vadim Botnaryuk to search for and train new pop stars. Thanks to this project, Valery Meladze became famous, such groups as "Bakhyt-kompot", "Bravo", "Priemier-minister". Kim wrote music and lyrics for them, and produced performances by aspiring artists himself.
The TV channel "Russia" won a lot when it invited Kim Breitburg to organize and conduct such sensational competitions as "Battle of the Choirs", "People's Artist". The musician is one of the founders of the Slavianski Bazaar festival in Vitebsk.
Personal life
The composer and producer has been married twice. The wife in her first marriage gave Kim a daughter and a son. Currently, his children have created families and the musician already has five grandchildren, who show themselves as young and talented as the grandfather of talent.
The second wife of Valery Shost-Molodtsov is fully consistent with her husband. They are not only loving husband and wife, but also employees in the creative workshop. Kim Alexandrovich does not talk about his personal life, as he considers it ideal.
