Step 1
Dead Silence (2007)
Jamie and Lisa Ashen have lived happily ever after. One day, Lisa dies under strange circumstances, and Jamie was accused of murdering his own wife. Jamie certainly did not commit this heinous crime, but Detective Jim Lipton thinks otherwise. The main character decides to start his own investigation and find out the truth. He begins his investigation by examining a strange ventriloquist doll, which he received as a gift shortly before Lisa's death. Soon, Jamie arrives in his hometown, where his sick father awaits him. He also meets there the ghost of Mary Shaw, a famous ventriloquist. Jamie learns that Mary died at the hands of the Ashen family and wants revenge.

In the hope of starting a new life, a young couple, Josh and Rene, move to a new home with their children. However, immediately after they settled in, strange things begin to happen in the house: creepy sounds are heard throughout the house, objects move around the rooms by themselves. Soon, their son Daltor suddenly falls into a coma, and the parents are ready to do anything to help their child. They turn to a psychic and find out that Dalton is in connection with the paranormal world.

Frozen (2010)
Three young people decide to take a ride on a lift high in the mountains. They were not disturbed by the fact that all the people went to the holidays and the entire ski resort is closed for a couple of days. They get stuck on the lift and the whole vacation turns into hell. The guys simply cannot budge - they are very high, and the lift is stuck and will not work until the arrival of the ski resort workers. None of the people even suspect that the three guys are missing. Meanwhile, a cold, terrible night is approaching, which may be the last in their lives for the children.

The main character Arkin is in a desperate situation - he has no money, but he owes a large sum to his ex-wife. Arkin decides to get into his boss's house and rob him.
