Even in ancient times it was noticed that man is a social animal. He needs to listen to his own kind and share his thoughts with him. In modern language, this process is called communication or information exchange. Svetlana Fominykh trains people to convey their ideas to the target audience.

Accidental start

It is not so easy to build a successful business in modern conditions. Svetlana Fominykh went her thorny path of knowledge. It is no secret that even projects that are useful to society are implemented with a great delay or are forgotten altogether. Often the inability of a person to clearly express his thought leads to such results. Establish contact with the interlocutor. Make a positive impression on others. It would seem that these are trivial problems that can be easily dealt with. However, practice shows otherwise. Even naturally gifted people have to overcome psychological barriers with great difficulty.

Public speaking coach Svetlana Fominykh was born on December 12, 1983 in an ordinary Soviet family. Parents lived in the virgin town of Rubtsovsk in Altai. My father worked in a construction trust. Mother taught a foreign language at secondary school # 6. The girl grew and developed without any deviations. She did not study badly at school, but she did not have enough stars from the sky. Svetlana's favorite subjects were foreign language and mathematics. She was not active in social events. She maintained good relations with classmates.

In high school, Svetlana thought about the profession of a translator or mathematician. At the same time, she regularly watched TV programs, where Mikhail Kozhukhov and Dmitry Krylov acted as presenters. Deep down, she tried on the role of a leader, but did not make real plans. After leaving school, Fominykh decided to get an education at the Faculty of Business of the Novosibirsk Technical University. By that time, many students had to earn extra money to pay for their studies. A year before graduating from the university, Svetlana began working part-time at the now famous 2GIS company.

The student was hired for the position of sales manager. The product that the company brought to the market was not yet familiar to the target audience. To the surprise of more experienced colleagues, Fominykh took a leading position in terms of sales in a short period of time. The seller's career was progressing well and then she was asked to share her experience. Svetlana took this request seriously. Prepared a summary of the speech, and held a seminar on the topic "How to increase the number of sales." At some point, she realized that she liked to conduct training much more than to sell.

Man of his word

After the first training seminars, which received positive feedback, Svetlana conducted a detailed analysis of her performances. And I found a sufficient number of weak points in them. As a conscientious and responsible person, Fominykh began, as they say, to polish her skills. In 2008, she received an invitation to rest in Egypt, and at the same time take part in a public speaking competition. Apparently the waves of the Red Sea had a beneficial effect on the native Siberian woman, and she took first place. But the main thing was different - she realized that she was capable and predisposed to coaching.

Svetlana, returning to her native Novosibirsk, assessed the target audience. Who will need her training? There were enough people associated with public speaking. These include CEOs of small and large companies, lawyers, educators, salespeople and many others. The Fominykh opened her school called "Man of Word" in 2009, when the global and Russian economies were shaken by the crisis. Yes, it was a risky decision. The first trainings showed that the vector of development was chosen correctly. And this fact served as an incentive to further improve the learning process.

School of public speaking

To gain and consolidate the skills of convincing speaking to a large audience, those who wish can contact the manager of the school of oratory at any time or directly to Svetlana Fominykh. The training is built on a systematic basis. It is interesting to note that not only trainers, but also training participants “give out” useful content. Each lesson is conducted simultaneously by several trainers. At the same time, a video recording of the lesson is being kept. After completion, each student receives a disc or flash drive with a recording in order to analyze their performance in detail at home. Practice shows that a person very carefully and critically examines himself on a TV screen or computer monitor.

The school has laid out several courses with the expectation of cadets' requests. The material is fed from simple to complex. There is an oratory club at the school, to the meetings of which famous speakers are invited. Training can be completed according to an individual program. In recent years, requests for corporate training have been growing. Another area of training speakers is called storytelling. This technology is most often learned by sales managers in small businesses.

Hobbies and personal life

Svetlana Fominykh compares her personal life with daily creativity. She completely devotes herself to her work. If she goes on vacation to the warm ocean, then she will definitely hold a thematic lesson in those places. When on a business trip, he will find time to visit the beach or attractions.

The public speaking coach has tried several times to build relationships with a male member of the population. She is currently married. The husband and wife live in Moscow. There is no information about the presence of children.
