A young family is waiting for the birth of their first child. Such a joyful event could not but affect their relationship. The authors of the picture managed to very subtly convey the feelings that women experience at the main moment of their lives. This film cannot be classified as light comedy. Most likely, this is a household drama with excellent acting and directorial work.

“4 months, 3 weeks and 2 days” (2007). This drama deservedly received the main prize of the Cannes Festival. The film is set in the last years of the communist regime of Ceausescu in Romania. Abortion is prohibited in the country. Student Gabitse is pregnant, she does not want to give birth and is forced to look for a way out of this situation.

“What to expect when expecting a baby” (2012). Comedy melodrama in which wonderful actors played: Cameron Diaz, Elizabeth Banks, Jennifer Lopez, Dennis Quaid and others. This is the story of five couples who are just about to become parents. The main character of the film is already 42 years old, she leads her own show dedicated to diet and fitness. Everything in her life is stable and predictable, but then suddenly she finds out that she is pregnant …

"Temporarily pregnant" (2009). It’s hard to imagine Lindsay Lohan being ripped off as a caring mommy, and it’s not necessary.
