In order to ask a question to specialists of the Pension Fund of Russia, you can use a special contact form posted on the website, write a regular letter or call by phone.
Instructions
Step 1
Call the Office for Work with Citizens of the Pension Fund of Russia on the Moscow phone 495-987-89-07 and ask your question to a specialist. If you have any questions regarding co-financing a pension or obtaining a certificate of compulsory pension insurance (green plastic card), call the toll-free number 8-800-505-55-55.
Step 2
Visit the official website of the Russian Pension Fund to find the contacts of the territorial divisions. Pay attention to the upper left corner of the main page of the site. There is a small menu in the orange square, the last line in it is entitled "Contacts" - click on it. In the page that opens, you will see a link highlighted in bold "Reference phones of the territorial offices of the PFR for citizens' appeal." There you will find a list of federal districts, each of which lists the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. By clicking on the links, you can find the phones you need to contact citizens.
Step 3
Take the opportunity to ask a question online on the website of the Russian Pension Fund. To do this, go to the main page and study the vertical menu in the green rectangle on the left. Click on the most recent inscription "Send an appeal to the FIU". In the page that opens, follow the link "Form for citizens residing in the territory of the Russian Federation." On the form, select the federal district in which you live and fill in all the fields marked with an asterisk. Enter your last name, first name and patronymic, your mailing address. Write the question you would like to receive an answer to, enter the digital security code in the special window and click the "Ask" button. The answer will be sent to the email address you specified in the form.
Step 4
Write a letter on paper and send it to the address 119991, Moscow, st. Shabolovka, d. 4. Do not forget to indicate your contact information in the letter so that the Pension Fund's response would be sent to the correct address.
