Call the Office for Work with Citizens of the Pension Fund of Russia on the Moscow phone 495-987-89-07 and ask your question to a specialist. Visit the official website of the Russian Pension Fund to find the contacts of the territorial divisions. Pay attention to the upper left corner of the main page of the site. There is a small menu in the orange square, the last line in it is entitled "Contacts" - click on it. In the page that opens, you will see a link highlighted in bold "Reference phones of the territorial offices of the PFR for citizens' appeal."
