If you are outraged by any law, actions of a particular company or social phenomenon, you can hold a protest action yourself. To do this, it is not at all necessary to become an extremist or a hero, rallies and pickets are a normal phenomenon permitted by law.

Instructions
Step 1
First of all, decide on the current topic of the protest, while you must be supported by a certain group of the population. Find a convenient place for a rally, away from busy traffic, but at the same time in a well-visited popular place, it can be a square in a park, the square in front of the head office of a government structure or a company against which you plan to hold a rally.
Step 2
Read the law "On Assemblies, Rallies, Demonstrations, Processions and Picketing" to ensure the lawfulness of all actions.
Step 3
Write a notice to the local administration about the public event no later than ten days before the public event and no earlier than fifteen days. It may look something like this: "A group of citizens, which includes: Sidorov, Petrov and Ivanov, guided by the Federal Law of 19.07.2004 No. 54-FZ" On meetings, rallies, demonstrations, processions and pickets, "notifies that 8 In September 2011, I intend to hold a public event on Freedom Square”. Here also indicate the time, place and expected number of participants and their contacts, and, of course, the purpose of the protest action. Please note that at least one participant must be responsible for maintaining public order, and one for providing medical assistance.
Step 4
So that you are not refused to hold a rally, do not choose places visited by tourists for it. Also, remember that you may be able to reduce the number of allowed participants to allow 200 people, you need to declare 500.
Step 5
Take the permit and start agitating the people. According to the law, it is possible to call for participation in a rally from the moment the notification is submitted, but it is better to be sure that the protest rally will not be dispersed. Start your campaigning from the Internet, for example, place an ad on your blog, in the specialized communities of the Live Journal (LJ), on the social sites VKontakte and Odnoklassniki. At the same time, make visual campaigning: posters on the topic, leaflets, advertisements for posting on the street.
Step 6
Try not to get involved with political parties, they can bring people, but they will bring their own slogans and alienate your audience. Place announcements in public organizations and the media, hand out leaflets to people who can theoretically support you. Invite journalists to cover the issue in newspapers, television and radio.
Step 7
Take a good megaphone with spare batteries to the rally so that everyone can hear you. Prepare a fiery speech and posters, keep in mind that all documents and posters will be checked by riot police.
Step 8
Hold a rally, while keeping in mind that not all those who signed up and supported you will come. However, do not lose your enthusiasm and try to infect people with your outrage and protest against injustice.
