Mikhail Gutseriev is known as a Russian businessman. He is one of the main shareholders of the Safmar Industrial and Financial Group. In addition, he is a member of the Writers' Union of Russia and has the status of Doctor of Economics. The man went to his success for many years, and even managed to work as a loader at a vegetable base, a roll-on machine and a foreman in a sewing workshop.
Young years
Mikhail was born into a large family deported to Kazakhstan. They lived very poorly, so at the age of 13, Gutseriev decided to help his parents by earning money. Together with his comrades, he pasted postcards on chipboard and subsequently sold them. Even in his early years, he began to write poetry, study music, but due to his disastrous financial situation, he could not develop his talent further.
After graduating from school, the young man went to work as a loader at the city fruit trade. A year later, he was offered the position of a reamer at a local garment factory. Seeing the potential and aspiration of Mikhail, the director decided to raise him to a master. In parallel with his work, Gutseriev studied at the Technological Institute at the department of the Chemical-Technological Faculty. He was a very distinguished and diligent student.
Manager career
After graduating from the institute in 1982, Mikhail Safarbekovich decided to look for work in Grozny. Arriving in the city, he got a job as a process engineer at the Ministry of Industry and Industry of the RSFSR. In 4 years, the young man has grown to the CEO, becoming the youngest manager among the leaders of enterprises in the USSR.
In 1988, he decided to go "free float". Together with Italian partners, Mikhail organized a factory called Chiital, which produces furniture. In the same year, he founded the Kavkaz corporate bank.
In 1992, his life changed dramatically. Due to political power, he was forced to leave his business in Grozny and move to Moscow. It was in the capital of Russia that he created the financial enterprise "BIN", which included industrial and trading companies, financial institutions. A year later he became the head of B&N Bank.
Upon arrival in Moscow, Mikhail Gutseriev entered the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, and a little later at the Russian State University of Oil and Gas. He also received a diploma from the University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and defended several Ph. D. theses.
In 1995, he was nominated to the post of Deputy Chairman of the State Duma, and 7 years later he organized OAO NK RussNeft.

In 2007, Mikhail Safarbekovich was forced to move to London to hide there from criminal prosecution. After 3 years, all charges against the man were dropped, he returned to his homeland and again headed the oil company. In the same year, he became a key figure in the broadcasting industry in Russia. Currently, Gutseriev owns several large radio stations.
Creativity and personal life
As mentioned above, Mikhail began to get involved in creativity in his youth. In parallel with the formation of his career in the field of management, the man wrote poetry one after another. In 2013, a literary club published a series of videos online in which young actors recite Mikhail's poems. Assessing the talent of Gutseriev, director Levitin suggested that the poet, in parallel with Mosfilm, shoot films based on his works.
Currently, you can hear many songs based on his poems. Among the most popular are "Wild Tango" (L. Vaikule), "Chills of the Soul" (S. Mikhailov), "Masks" (K. Orbakaite) and others. In December 2013 he was awarded the prize in the category "Best Poet of the Year".
Mikhail Safarbekovich is married. In marriage, they gave birth to two sons and a daughter. The eldest son, aged 21, died in an accident. The youngest son followed in his father's footsteps, choosing a career as a manager in the oil business. Gutseriev transferred a large number of assets to his youngest son.
Currently, Mikhail Gutseriev continues to realize himself in poetry. In addition, he successfully conducts business for his companies, publishes scientific papers in the economic sphere.
