Biography and creative career of Alexander Vedmensky
On April 2, 1984, in the German city of Neustrelitz, where his father did military service, the future artist was born. After the withdrawal of Soviet troops from German territory, the Vedmensky family moved to Saratov, which became a small homeland for Alexander.
In childhood and adolescence, he was actively involved in sports and showed artistic inclinations. And if Sasha considered his successes in the all-around only a hobby, then the penchant for acting immediately elevated to the rank of a future profession. After receiving a certificate of secondary education, he entered the local theater university on a course with Elvira Danilina and Grigory Apredakov.
And in 2006, after completing his acting education, Alexander Vedmensky began to actively develop his creative career. He made his debut on the theater stage while still a student, when he appeared on the stage several times in various roles. Theater-goers especially remembered his characters in the productions of "The Seagull Called Jonathan Livingston" and "The Transformation of the Pictor".
The theatrical community appreciated the talent of the novice actor, because he was equally good in classical works, and in the comedy genre, and in military-patriotic works. The versatility of his readiness to transform into the most unexpected characters, including women, is at the heart of stage success.
Alexander's film debut took place after the stage directors of the capital saw his performance on the stage. Occasional roles in the TV series "Redhead", "Blood" and "Univer" became his first experience of acting on set. And real success came to Vedmensky after the release of the comedy "There are only girls in sports" (2014), in which he played one of the main roles together with Alexander Golovin and Ilya Glinnikov.
Currently, the filmography of Alexander Vedmensky contains, among other things, such films and series as "Alice's Dreams" (2007), "The Crime Will Be Solved" (2009), "Pyatnitsky" (2011), "Investigative Committee" (2011), “Meeting” (2014), “For the sake of love, I can do anything” (2015), “Inspired” (2015), “The Talion Principle” (2016).
Personal life of the artist
The only marriage of Alexander Vedmensky with the actress Zoryana Marchenko ("While the village sleeps" and "The Last Janissary") was the reason for the birth of Agafia's daughter. This strong and happy family union can truly be considered exemplary.
It is interesting that Alexander still considers Saratov to be his hometown and every time he has free time, he strives there to meet with relatives and childhood friends.
